It's fine for videos, but doesn't have a full HD screen. It is incredibly thin and light, and the battery lasts me a whole day. It can cope with gentle games (Hearthstone runs well on it), but not anything intensive. It has a 16:9 10.1' screen - basically the same size as the note 10.1, with the same Wacom digitiser, but runs full Windows 8, so you have access to full OneNote, which beats the pants off anything on the Note. It's vastly underpowered compared to a Surface, but is perfect for notetaking, and I use it in class for exactly this purpose, as well as consulting books, marking up pdfs, taking photos of the board, or casual web surfing/gaming during breaks.
